đź‘‹ Hi, I'm Sara (they/she); the creator of Creatively Well, with Sara!

 

After spending years in the personal growth space, I exited the corporate world. I could no longer deny that I wasn't caring for myself in all the ways I needed to be. I pursued meditation and art, and spent time in nature and with animals. My personal growth pursuit morphed into my own personal healing journey. I turned to mystical and spiritual practices to guide my introspection, inner work, and mindset. I also turned to somatic work, nervous system work, and along with that, came community.


I had always felt the desire to combine and leverage the multitude of my lived experiences, my passions, and my talents – but never knew how to fit them all together. I wanted to co-create + support others in more nourished and vibrant ways of living, all while navigating this human experience with compassion and grace.


Somewhere along my journey, I learned about the term: multipotentialites. It all clicked.
And Creatively Well, with Sara was birthed shortly after.


Providing new, unique, and collaborative ways to do the self-work; emphasizing well-being; and advocating for authentic expression. This is at the heart of Creatively Well.


I'm fascinated by conciousness, energy, the concept of enlightment, and astrology. I am also passionate about social justice, and distrupting the status quo and the systems of power – which is largely why I also love to work with small businesses, micro-entrepreneurs, and creatives.

With a 10+ year background in corporate leadership and mentorship, I am also certified as a 300hr Meditation Teacher and a Reiki Master. I have completed training in Pranayama techniques, and am constantly expanding my knowledge of personal healing through somatic and trauma-informed modalities. Most recently, I have completed HayHouse's course and requirements and have been certified as a Card Reader in Tarot & Oracle.  Continuous education and learning is an important pillar for me, as such I am currently enrolled in a Coach Practitioner program, a 300hr Meditation Teacher Training course.


My smart-kid to corporate-leader turned entrepreneurial-artist journey has allowed me to gain a dynamic perspective on life and the world. I approach everything curiously + creatively.
